As you prepare your talk, please keep the following in mind:
Presentations are 35 minutes long. Prepare your talk to last 20 minutes, allow for 10 minutes of discussion during the talk, followed by 5 minutes at the end for the audience to discuss the paper while you take notes.
Timeline of Conference Due Dates:
| Registration | No registration is necessary for speakers. Our team will handle the registration process on your behalf. |
| Submit paper title and abstract by October 18, 2023 | Send the title and abstract of the paper you wish to present to Michael Parke and Megan O’Malley. Please try to keep abstracts as short as possible – limiting them to a single page in length. |
| Submit Presentation Materials by October 31, 2023 | Please email a copy of your presentation slides and/or a copy of your paper to Michael Parke, and Megan O’Malley. |
